Let birdsong lead you to discover the trails of the Kibale Forest area.

Arrive at Turaco Treetops, settle in and feel the forest. Grab a drink and enjoy the nature from your private balcony. End your day with an evening walk on the reforestated boundary zone of the lodge.

You will start your day with a breakfast, before you are heading off to Sunbird Hill Research and Monitoring site for a full day birding experience with the most knowlegable guides from the area.

Wake up to the sounds of the forest. After your breakfast you will visit Community Based Organisation (KAFRED). One of their community guides will take you around to explore the Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary that inhabits over 200 species of birds and several species of primates and monkeys, including the Black and White Colobus, Red Colobus, Red Tailed Monkey, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Olive Baboon, L’hoest Monkey, Vervet Monkey and the Blue Monkey.

Departure day – enjoy your breakfast and drive off with new nature memories.
